Welcome to FutureFC Football Academy, a premier football school for children in India. Please read the following terms and conditions before enrolling your child in our academy:

1. Registration Process:

Parents or guardians must fill out the registration form completely and accurately.

A registration fee is required to secure a spot for your child in our academy.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Age Requirement:

Children between the ages of 5 and 18 are eligible to enroll in FutureFC Football Academy.

Parents must provide proof of age for their child at the time of registration.

3. Training Sessions:

Training sessions will be held on specific days and times as per the schedule provided by FutureFC Football Academy.

It is mandatory for children to attend all training sessions unless they have a valid reason, such as illness or family emergency.

4. Discipline:

All children enrolled in FutureFC Football Academy are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the academy.

Any misbehavior or violation of the rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the academy.

5. Dress Code:

Children must wear the designated FutureFC Football Academy uniform during training sessions.

Proper football shoes, shin guards, and socks are mandatory for all participants.

6. Health and Safety:

FutureFC Football Academy is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants.

Parents must inform the academy of any medical conditions or allergies that their child may have.

7. Participation in Competitions:

Children who wish to participate in inter-school or inter-club competitions must meet the eligibility criteria set by FutureFC Football Academy.

Parents must give their consent for their child to participate in such competitions.

8. Communication:

FutureFC Football Academy will communicate with parents regarding any updates, changes, or events through email, phone, or SMS.

Parents are encouraged to communicate with the academy regarding any concerns or queries they may have.

9. Liability:

FutureFC Football Academy will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during training sessions or events.

Parents are advised to ensure that their child has proper medical insurance coverage.

10. Termination of Enrollment:

FutureFC Football Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any child who does not comply with the rules and regulations of the academy.

In such cases, no refund of fees will be provided.
